i take jiu jitsu, taekwondo, hapkido, and muay thai. And in all sparring and grappling matches 95% of the women cower and do nothing at all and get owned, especially in grappling. also at parties and stuff the girls always say they are so tuff and can beat the guys, then they wrestle a guy and get owned completely! its good to see a woman who has actually trained in grappling and worked out and applied herself. Not every day do you see this.
