there is no dount about Afiika's looks, but like most bodybuilders she is just looks, and not much else. Xana is an athlete, so is Helen. Helen in her prime would have beaten anyone, male or female. But age is catching up with her. It would be a great match to watch; Xana and Helen.

I agree with u about Afrika. She's strong but doesn't have much wrestling skills and definitely will suck in a competitive match. But even Helen is not fit as much as Xana she is equally talented wrestler. AQ match between those two will be very unpredictable and competitive.

I think she is 5x faster and more agile then Helen. And Helen is looking kind of fat and out of shape these days.

I don't think he is trying his best....that's a bit much. But the girl is good. She definitely has trained in grappling... I doubt she would be able to do anything against bigger males...

Xana is no fool, she used to compete at no gi events and done pretty good. She could easily beat a similar sized novice male.

Jim, those basic bridges look good, but when you started going forward butt in the air, the angles which your neck were looked akward especially the side to side... Question? I know you enphasize a strong neck but would just the basic bridges be enough?
